Mango Slush
Ingredients:
- 2 oz bourbon (or rye whiskey)
- 1/4 oz sweet vermouth
- 3 dashes of bitters
Garnish: maraschino cherry
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with cherry.
Honey Mojito
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 4 or 5 mint leaves
- juice of 1 lime
- 4 of club soda
- 1 oz honey simple syrup*
Garnish: lime wheel
Muddle mint leaves with honey simple syrup in a mixing glass. Squeeze lime juice and add rum to shake with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with lime wheel.

Smoky Pear Margarita
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz pear infused silver tequila
dash tobala Mescal
1/2 oz fresh sour
1/2 oz lime
1/2 oz triple sec
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with pear slice. (Cocktail created by Eben Klemm, NYC)
Mojito
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 1 tbs superfine sugar
- Lime wedges
- Club soda
- Mint sprigs
Muddle mint leaves, superfine sugar and lime in a mixing glass. Add 1 1/2 oz light rum and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake. Strain the mixture into a tall glass and top with club soda. Garnish with fresh mint sprig. Sugarcane syrup can be used to replace superfine sugar.
Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz silver tequila
- juice of half lime
- 1 oz orange curacao (or Cointreau)
Garnish: lime wedge
Rim: salt
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail hacker with ice. Pour into a margarita glass rimmed with salt and garnish with lime wedge.
Agave Nectar Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz reposado tequila
- juice of half lime
- 1 oz agave nectar
- 1/2 oz water
Garnish: lime wedge
Rim: salt (optional)
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into a salt-rimmed margarita glass and garnish with lime wedge.
Caipirinha
(Pronounced 'KIE-PUR-REEN-YAH')
Ingredients:
- 2 oz cachaça
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 lime (cut into chunks)
- ice cubes
Garnish: lime wedge or wheel (optional)
Muddle lime with sugar in a rocks glass. Fill the glass with ice. Pour cachaça and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Bloody Mary
Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka
- 3 oz Tomoto Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- Black Pepper & Salt
- 3 dashes Worcestershire
- 2 drops tabasco sauce
- Garnish: Lemon Wedge, Celery
- Glassware: Highball Glass
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a highball glass over crushed ice. Garnish with the lemon wedge.

Vodka Martini
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/4 oz Dry Vermouth

Mix (or stir) all ingredients in a cocktail shaker (or in a mixing glass). Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Long Island Iced Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Light Rum
- 1 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz GranGala Orange Liqueur
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 3 oz Cola
- Garnish: Lime Wedge and cherry
Mix Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, lemon juice, and superfine sugar in a shaker with ice. Strain into a highball glass and garnish with lemon slice.
Lime Island Ice Tea
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz. Smirnoff Lime Vodka
- 1/5 oz. Tanqueray Gin
- 1/4 oz. Captain Morgan Rum
- 1/4 oz. Jose Cuervo Especial
- 1/4 oz. Triple Sec
- Splash of Sour Mix
- Cola
Garnish: Lime wheel
Mix all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour the ingredients (including ice) into a highball glass. Add cola to taste. Garnish with lime wheel.
Estate Ruby Martini
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 parts Wyborowa Single Estate vodka
- 1/2 part vanilla schnapps
- 1/4 part raspberry liqueur
Garnish: raspberries
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
Blue Lagoon
Ingredients:
- 2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz blue curacao
- 4 oz lemonade

Caipiroska
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 oz vodka
- 1 lime (cut into chunks)
- 1 tsp sugar
- ice cubes
Muddle lime with sugar in a mixing glass. Add vodka to shake with ice. Pour into a rocks glass. Caipirinha mixed with vodka instead of cachaca is known as Caipiroska.
Brain Martini
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz lychee nectar
- 1/2 oz chilled sake
- 1 1/2 oz
- fresh lychee fruit
- red food coloring
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add lychee nectar, gin and chilled sake. Stir until well-chilled and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a fresh lychee fruit and add a drop of red food coloring.
Long Island Sound
1/2 oz. LiV Vodka
1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Blue
1 oz. Sour Mix
Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
